Professor Peter Goodall is Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Pro Vice-Chancellor (Social Justice) at the University of Southern Queensland, and has been the editor of the journal since 2004. His background is in English literature, especially literature of the Middle Ages, but he has published on many different topics, including Chaucer, Orwell, English cultural history and Australian studies. He is the author of High Culture, Popular Culture: the Long Debate (Sydney: Allen and Unwin, 1995) and the editor of An Annotated Bibliography of Chaucer’s Monk’s Tale and Nun’s Priest’s Tale (Toronto: Toronto University Press, 2009).
